How to disable Gmail anti-spam completely?

Turning Off the Gmail Spam Filter

The spam filter makes two mistakes for every 50 name page which is bad enough when you only check once a week.  Today I opened the Trash folder for the first time and 90% of the trash was email that I wanted, some of it very important.  My ISP and Outlook do a better job and the junk folder is easier to skim for errors. The Gmail spam filter is very inconsistent, i.e. it stops mail some days and lets mail from the same party through other days.  I just want to turn \ the stupid Gmail spam filter off.
