How to configure the global address book on POP for outlook 2010

You may be configure the global address book on POP for outlook 2010 by following these following easy step.

Step 1: Configure your E-mail account through POP on PC.
Step 2: Open outlook mail.
Step 3: Go to file->
Step 4: Click “Account setting
Step 5: Click “Address Book
Step 6: Click ‘New
Step 7: Select “Internet Directory Service (LDAP)” -> Click ‘Next
Step 8: Server name: example.net
             User name : satheesh@example.net
             Password   :*********

 

Step 9: Click on “More Settings”
 
 
Step 10: On Connection tab display name:any name(exam:techinet)
Step 11: Port number-389
Step 11: Select search tab:
Note: Specify the maximum number of entries you want to return after a successful search: add“999”
Browsing : Check on check box: “enable browsing(requires server support)”
 
 
Step 12: Click on “Apply” -> “OK” -> “Next” -> “Finish&Close”
