Expense management software products Certify and Concur earned “Leader” status based on a combination of customer satisfaction scores and market presence size, according to the latest Grid report from business software user review platform G2 Crowd.
“Expense management is one of the most popular categories on G2 Crowd, both in the number of reviews that have been written, as well as the number of buyers reading the reviews,” Tim Handorf, president of Highland Park, Illinois-based G2 Crowd, told AccountingWEB. “The reviews indicate that expense management software is used by companies of all sizes.”
While the report and review data are publicly available on G2 Crowd, users must authenticate via their LinkedIn account to post a review on the site. Reviews from vendor employees, competitors, business editors, and consultants also appear on the site, but are not factored into G2 Crowd’s algorithm.

I can’t think of much to dislike – we use a very specific piece of the LeanData solution, so I know this is a narrow use case. I would encourage evaluators to understand the full range of what LeanData has to offer.
